Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider on way to Cincinnati

March 7, 2018 by

Comedy superstar Adam Sandler got his start as a stand-up comedian, and is now on his way to Cincinnati where he’ll appear on stage. Rob Schneider, who frequently co-stars with Sandler, and who appeared with him on “Saturday Night Live”, will appear as well.

Sandler, who is now 51, first gained fame on “Saturday Night Live” early in the 1990s before moving on to films, co-writing some as well as starring in them. He’s well known for films like “The Wedding Singer,” “Happy Gilmore,” “Billy Madison,” and “The Waterboy,” all of which were on the big screen.

He recently became the first big-name actor to come to an agreement with Netflix. The deal gives the streaming service the exclusive rights to show Sandler’s films “Sandy Wexler,’ “The Do-Over,’ and “The Ridiculous 6.”

In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Sandler revealed that not everyone is a fan—even in his own home. When he recently showed one of his movies to his daughters, he said it became apparent after about twenty minutes that they really wanted to watch something else.

The two will be appearing on April 21, 2018, at the Taft Theater in Cincinnati’s downtown, at 7.30 pm. Doors open an hour earlier, and tickets are already on sale through Ticketmaster.

Special events like this can be even more fun if organizers work with a banner printing company to create a special welcome for attendees.
