New steakhouse coming to Chagrin Falls

June 10, 2018 by

The space formerly occupied by the Gamekeeper’s Taverne in Chagrin Falls, which closed in 2017, is about to get a new tenant.

The Hyde Park Restaurant Group is launching a new concept it describes as a “chef-inspired boutique steakhouse” that offers meals that are “steak-centric with a creative twist,” according to an article on Cleveland.com. The group further revealed that the name of the latest restaurant is the Bull & Bird Steakhouse.

According to information released when the group revealed its name, the restaurant features an open floor plan as well as a covered patio that will be used year-round. The old tavern is currently being renovated, both to update the patio and to expand the bar to accommodate 64 guests, from the current capacity of 24. A new fireplace is also under construction.

Bull & Bird is the sixth restaurant concept launched by Hyde Park group. It currently operates a total of 12 Hyde Park Prime Steakhouses in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania, as well as Jekyll’s Kitchen, which is located in Chagrin Falls, and the ML Tavern, located in Moreland Hills.

The Bull & Bird Steakhouse should be open by mid-summer 2018, according to the group.

New businesses like this might consider distributing promotional products to their earliest customers. These items can help with branding efforts, as well as saying thank you to patrons for stopping in.
