Cary welcomes new residential community

A new community with homes on private wooded sites has recently opened in the heart of Cary. The developer was CalAtlantic Homes.

Called Silver Grove, the community includes four townhome designs, with upscale suites for owners, gourmet kitchens, and guest suites on the first floors. The floor plans are spacious with many thoughtful details throughout the homes.

Raleigh Division president, Troy George, said the community has the advantage of being close to a new shopping center in the area and five miles from Research Triangle Park, while also offering a peaceful, wooded setting to escape from the bustle of everyday life.

The homes are either one or two stories with three to five bedrooms, and two or three baths. Each home has a Great Room as the central focus of the home. The owner’s suite includes double sinks, an oversized tower, and a soaking tub. The kitchens have center islands and each home has a two-car garage.

The exterior styles are historical in nature so that the streetscape is attractive. The community also offers its own walking trail and a playground.

Brochure printing companies can be used by developers such as this one to create brochures with more information about the homes and specifications. They also sometimes want to draw attention to amenities available in the community, such as dining, shopping, entertainment, and school systems for children.
