Extraordinary Ladies to bring in Christmas craft fair

December 9, 2013 by

Studio City’s League of Extraordinary Ladies (LxL) has announced that it will be holding it 3rd annual craft fair, just in time for the holiday gift-buying season. In addition to crafts for sale, attendees will also find “geeks” aplenty and an atmosphere filled with holiday cheer and camaraderie.

LxL promises that those who come to the fair will find a gift for every person on their shopping list (including some for themselves.). Food and drinks will also be available from the SteamPunk Coffeebar + Kitchen, as will a plethora of seasonal music for people of virtually any musical taste.

Attendees may wish to bring their cameras to help them remember not just all the crafts made available by the talented people of their community, but the faces of new people they meet. Photographs can then be used later for postcard printing, which can be sent to relatives and other friends.

Also, unlike other craft fairs, the festivities will not end after the craft portion of the event has ended; Happy Hour will commence immediately thereafter where “special themed libations” will be served. Those in attendance will be invited to meet and greet their fellow Extraordinary Ladies of Studio City.

The Craft Fair will be held Saturday December 14, from 12:30 pm to 4:30pm at Bar One & The SteamPunk Coffeebar + Kitchen, 12518 Burbank Boulevard, North Hollywood. The LxL would also like to remind visitors to bring cash, as not all vendors take credit cards.
