Santa Clara confirms date for wine and art weekend

April 25, 2013 by

The Santa Clara Art and Wine Festival will come to Santa Clara, California this September. Held in Central Park on Kiely Boulevard, over 175 artists are expected to participate and it is estimated over 50,000 people will attend the festival.

It represents an annual tradition in Santa Clara and serves the purpose of supporting community programs and organizations. It has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years for the local charities it supports.

The event will also attract dozens of craft vendors, who frequently work with printing companies in preparation of supplies needed for their display booths. Flyer printing is used to distribute flyers prior to the event to encourage attendees to come by a specific booth, and those vendors who have prepared their digital business card printing well in advance are sure to make a good impression.

Live entertainment will be provided using three stages throughout the venue. On both days, a variety of performers will take stage to entertain attendees. There will also be local community groups scheduled to perform, and popular bands will entertain in the Pavilion throughout as well. This is not forgetting ‘Kids Kingdom’, which will provide a lot of fun activities for children, along with live entertainment.

Santa Clara’s Central Park consists of over 52 acres, a scenic lake, hundreds of mature trees, rolling green grass, and picnic areas. Parking and admission to the festival are free.

The dates have been confirmed as September 14 – 15. More information is available on the event website or by calling the headquarters’ office at 408-615-3140.
