Business mixer and luncheon on the slate for San Marcos

January 22, 2018 by

The San Marcos Chamber of Commerce has cordially invited members of its business community and local advocates to come to an event that will give them a financial forecast for the upcoming year.

The city’s mayor, as well its vice mayor and several members of its council, will be joining with the Chamber’s Board of Directors to host the 4th annual State of the City Address. A luncheon and recognition of Chamber members is also on the agenda for the occasion.

Those come to the event will have a chance to get a preview of what 2018 is expected to bring to the city, and they will also hear about its accomplishments in 2017. It will open with registration and a mixer so that the guests will be able to get to know one another while they network. Premium business cards can help anyone who takes part in a function like this to put their best foot forward.

The organizers noted that there are a variety of sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and professionals. These each have their own set of benefits, and those who would like to support the occasion can choose the one that is best for them.

The Student Union Ballroom of the California State University San Marcos will act as the venue for the address and luncheon, and it has been planned for March 7. More information can be obtained on the San Marcos Chamber of commerce’s website.
