Black Veil Brides to perform at the Regency

The San Francisco Regency Ballroom will be the venue for the upcoming rock concert performed by the popular Black Veil Brides group in March 2013. The American band is known as a glam rock/post-hardcore group from Hollywood, originating in 2006. Vocalists include Andy Biersack and Ashley Purdy, with Jake Pitts on lead guitar, Christian Coma on drums, and Jinxx on guitar and violin.

The band’s debut album, ‘We Stitch These Wounds’, sold approximately 100,000 copies in July of 2010 and ranked #1 on the Billboard Independent chart. Its second album was released in June of 2011 and was called ‘Set the World on Fire’. Released via Lava Records, it featured Christian Coma’s drum playing talents.

Inspired by the glam acts of the 1980s, featuring heavy metal bands along with the Kiss persona, the group is known for its distinct appearance and characteristics.

The Regency Ballroom is one of the most well-known for its elegance and beauty in the city. Built in 1909, the ballroom has 35 food ceilings with two teardrop chandeliers from the turn of the century. It also features a horseshoe-shaped balcony.

Rock band management companies often utilize the local printing companies to handle poster printing to advertise upcoming concerts. Posters are placed throughout the region to attract attention and ideally increase attendance.

Tickets for the Black Veil Brides are on sale either at the venue or may be purchased via the San Francisco’s Regency website. The date to remember is March 8, with the performance starting at 7:30 pm.
