Studio 55 Salon Suites to open in Sacramento

Studio 55 Salon Suites recently signed a lease to occupy a space in Pavillions, an upscale shopping plaza located in Sacramento. The salon suites will occupy the 6,510 square foot area previously home to the Ralph Lauren store.

It is scheduled to open at some point this summer and will comprise nine treatment facilities, a medical spa, and a total of 21 hair studio and salons. The location in Sacramento’s Pavillions shopping plaza will mark the company’s third salon suite in the area. The other Studio 55 Salon Suites are located in Folsom and Roseville.

As new stores, high-end boutiques, fine restaurants, and other businesses move into the upscale Pavillions shopping center, print companies in and around the Sacramento area might expect to see an increase in business. Such businesses often use banner printing and other advertising means to announce Grand Openings, special promotions, and other events. New businesses also often require business card printing, especially in the opening weeks or months.

Donahue Schriber is the private real estate investment firm that owns the Pavillions shopping center. It announced the signing of the lease around the middle of this month. The announcement follows on the heels of another lease deal in which the opening of Café Bernardo was announced to occur in June. The restaurant will occupy the nearly 4,000 square foot space that was previously home to David Berkeley Fine Wines and Specialty Store. Café Bernardo is owned and operated by Randy Paragary.
