New medical facility to come to Roseville

Construction recently started on the Dr. Hearth Medical Building to be located on Eureka Road in Roseville.

The address, at #1535, is currently a vacant lot beside California Backyard shop. Previously, the lot had been approved for an Italian restaurant, Cena De Maria, which never came to Roseville. Tricia Stewart, City associate planner, said the restaurant was partially constructed, but never completed.

The project builder for the Dr. Hearth Medical Building is Home Development, Inc. Plans are to construct a two-story building consisting of 7,300 square feet of space for the medical building. Stewart says that construction on the medical facility started last month, but no definite plans have been established for the date of completion.

New and expanding businesses, or those relocating in an area, often need local printing companies to supply them with a variety of printing services as they attempt to establish themselves in a location. Business card printing and stationery printing are typically required by new businesses to provide potential customers with contact info and other details about the business. Brochure printers are also likely to be needed.

Scott Hearth, who owns the cosmetic dermatology business, will occupy two-thirds of the new building. The remaining space will later be occupied by a different tenant. Stewart said a future tenant for hat space will likely be medical related. Dr. Hearth currently runs his facility at a location on Sierra College Boulevard, but will move into the new building upon completion.
