Norco offers chance to enjoy feel-good movie this evening

August 16, 2013 by

Set to take place this evening, the ‘The Rockstars of Tomorrow Variety and Movie Night’ is part of the 2013 Summer Concert in the Park Series, and will feature the movie ‘Invincible’. Poster printing and flyer printing might have been used to promote this exciting evening to people in Norco and the outlying areas.

This story is about an ordinary man, Vince Papale, and his triumph against extreme odds in receiving the chance to accomplish every sports enthusiast greatest fantasy, after the Philadelphia Eagles advertises an open tryout. Vince, a 30-year-old, down-on-life bartender who has never played any college ball, decides to try out and, against all odds, makes it into the team. Thanks in no small part to his grit and attitude, he works to survive and thrive as a team member in world professional football.

Families are reminded that this is an outdoor event and to bring chairs and blankets, and make sure they dress suitably. Food and drinks are available to purchase throughout the evening, and there is free parking in lot 2, but they should enter through gate 4.

There is no charge to attend, and it will all be happening tonight, August 16, at Pikes Peak Park located at 97 Sixth Street in Norco, California. To find out more about this summer concert series and view the pending schedule, please visit Norco California’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services website, or call its office at 951-270-5632.
