Conference coming up on tap for investors

Investors who want to receive updated information on commercial loans and investments should attend the iCFO Capital Investment conference at Opus Center Irvine this weekend.

ICFO is a conference for accredited investors, investment bankers, and angel investors. Pre-qualified investment opportunities are a part of the intention of this conference.

A senior risk executive working for Bank of America’s Southeast region, Eric Osborn explains how the recession diminished the number of companies that qualified for financing. A survey during March 2012 showed only 11% of small business owners had a harder time obtaining commercial loans.

Presenters at the conference include Heritage Oil & Gas, which purchases properties with low output oil wells. These wells produce over 20% of domestic oil and hold 650 acres in leases. LorenzEvans Global will also be there and is a company working on orthopedic bone injuries, and devices that are implanted are used to minimize rehabilitation and recovery times for just a slice of the price of the currently used methods. Curriculum For All is a learning system that manages a student’s learning with educational games provided free to schools. Companies Nextverse and VFT Global, LLC will also be presenting at the conference.

Appetizers and wine will be served at the reception but reservations are required. Local printing companies are a great resource for banks and investment companies who wish to streamline their paperwork.

It takes place on Saturday, May 18, starting at 9:00 am, just 20 minutes from Laguna Niguel.
