Every year, in the middle of autumn, food connoisseurs and wine aficionados flock to the West Coast to celebrate today’s most popular culinary rock stars, legendary winemakers, and master sommeliers. The nationally heralded occasion that is responsible for the rallying throng of epicureans is the largest wine and food celebration in Southern California.

This year’s celebration will be the 9th Annual Classic 2012 San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival. Taking place at 1399 North Cuyamaca, El Cajon, California 92020, the event will kick off on November 14 and last until November 18. The festival will feature several major events, namely the Grand Tasting Event, Retrieve Tasting, and many other wine tasting and cooking classes. Poster printing and banner printing could be done to facilitate in the presentation and labeling of the many wines and food items at the event. The festival is not only huge by California’s standard, but it is actually one of the biggest food and wine festivals in the United States.

This year, the event will feature approximately 200 breweries, wineries, and spirits from around the world and about 70 forerunning chefs and restaurants, which will help keep San Diego under the food scene spotlight. While the event is entertaining to participants, it is also profitable to aspiring chefs and students of the culinary arts, as the festival also raises scholarship funds each year for culinary arts majors.

The event is expected to sell out but tickets for various packages and at different prices may be purchased in advance.
