Several special events are coming to Costa Mesa this month that residents of nearby Newport Beach will not want to miss.

Currently underway at the South Coast Plaza is the Autumn Harvest Festival, which features the culture of the Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese people. There will be a special photography exhibit that celebrates and highlights Chinese tradition, and historic and natural events. The festival runs until this Sunday, September 30, with multicultural and musical performances on September 29 and September 30.

The Orange County Quilt, Craft, and Sewing Festival will be held for the fourth consecutive year at the Orange County Fair and Event Center, and will feature fabrics, sewing machines, and patterns for those who sew and quilt. A family-friendly event where attendees can find classes and products to facilitate their sewing projects, the festival will be held from Thursday, September 27 through Friday, September 29.

The 12th annual Hopes and Vines Festival will be held at the Center Club, featuring over 30 award-winning craft beers and wineries. Students from the Orange County School of the Arts will be providing entertainment. The Center Club Cares Fund will receive proceeds of the festival and these will then be given to the School. The festival will be on Thursday, September 27.

Various kinds of promotional materials can be used to promote such events to residents of nearby communities and encourage their attendance.
