Butler set to party Italian style

July 15, 2017 by

A little taste of Italy is on the way for Butler, and local businesses and organizations are invited to show their support for this annual event.

More than 100 vendors will be participating in the festivities, and it is expected that it will draw a large crowd of visitors to the area. There will be live demonstrations of Italian culture, including music and dance. More than 20 acts will be performing, and there will also be a special area set up where the younger folk can play and have fun with activities planned just for them.

A big part of the celebration will be dedicated to classic and modern Italian cuisine, such as pasta, pizza, sausage, and cheese. While visitors enjoy the culinary side of the festivities, they can watch the Miss Italy Butler pageant and Italian Idol contest, stomp grapes, or just spend time mingling with new friends.

Organizers say they have also planned an assortment of surprises for the occasion. There are several sponsorship opportunities available for the function, and businesses who choose to do so will be able to market themselves to a large group of potential customers. A local printer can provide customized logo design services to any company that will be acting as a sponsor for a large function such as this.

The Butler Italian Festival will run from September 1 until 4. More information and a chance to contact the organizers can be found on the celebration’s Facebook listing.
