New multidisciplinary studio to arrive in Bethlehem next year

Barre3, a studio that focuses workouts to muscle groups with yoga, Pilates, and ballet barre, will soon open a studio in Bethlehem.

As with any grand opening, the Spring 2017 opening of this studio is likely be a well-publicized event with banners and promotional products. Barre3, which currently has a studio in Allentown, focuses on helping individuals find balance in their lives.

The classes are designed to support all fitness levels and those attending should wear comfortable yoga-styled clothing. Most attendees go barefoot but some opt to wear grip socks. New members should arrive early to sign up and receive a tour, as well as meet staff members.

Barre3 also offers on online subscription for those wishing to join but who are located in an area that does not have a studio nearby. The online subscription can be supported through a smartphone, computer or tablet. Those subscribing will have the ability to customize their workouts as well.

The three fitness disciplines concentrated on by the studio gear workouts around building muscles and strengthen your core, as well leading to better posture.

The studio will be in Northampton County at 3301 Bath Pike in Hanover Township. The 3300 square foot space is currently being renovated and is situated in the shopping center, along with other retails stores like Panera Bread and Talbots.
