The 6th annual Fantastical Mr. Flip’s Carnival of Wonders and Curiosities, also known as the Fairhaven Steampunk Festival, is taking place in Bellingham next month.

Presented by the Bellingham Steampunk Society, the Historic Fairhaven Association and Village Books, the festival will feature music performances, art exhibits, and literature.

Musical guests include Rogues’ End and The Penny Stinkers, while authors such as Jeffrey Cook and Paulina Ulrich will be on hand to meet the public and discuss their books, and Trevor the Sword Guy will take on all challengers.

There will be a costume contest for all ages, where prizes will be awarded in six categories including Most Creative. There will also be educational presentations, a free Find Flip raffle, a photo wall for posing, and an art contest and exhibition featuring the art of both children and adults.

Vendors will also be on hand to sell a variety of steampunk-related merchandise, books, and artworks. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

This popular annual festival may be advertised using flyers, posters, and other printed products provided by a Bellingham marketing services company.

The Fairhaven Steampunk Festival will be held at Fairhaven Village Green on July 22 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. For the most up-to-date information about the festival, visit the Bellingham Steampunk Society’s website.
