Annual Green Expo to improve Vienna environment

The annual Green Expo will be returning to Vienna this April.

The event is a juried showcase of environmentally friendly exhibitors, with both local and regional businesses and organizations represented. This year, there are expected to be over 35 different exhibitors taking part in the Green Expo. Those who wish to showcase their products and services do not have to pay a fee to take part in the expo and can request a six-foot or an eight-foot table.

People attending the expo will learn practical information on how to live a more environmentally friendly life, how to save money while helping the environment, tips on sustainable gardening and recycling, and will have a chance to view some electrical or biofuel vehicles. Children can take part in the passport program simply by visiting booths and getting their passport stamped for the chance to win prizes.

It is very likely that the exhibitors who will be chosen to take part in the expo will be working with Vienna print companies to prepare. They might want to invest in sign or banner printing services as something to set them apart from the other exhibitors. They also might want to place a new business card printing order so they can have cards to hand out to everyone who stops by their table.

The 5th Green Expo will take place at the Vienna Community Center on April 18 from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm. Admission is free and those requiring more information can call 703-255-6300.
