Those in-the-know to share their knowledge

The Four Towns of Tyson’s seminar and networking event will take place at the Gannett Building and is set to be a very productive morning event for early-rising business professionals.

The morning will start off with a light breakfast, followed by opening remarks and a panel discussion. The topic to be discussed will be economic issues and ideas on how to make the best of the current situation in the market. Offering some astute advice on which town is best for which kind of business, the panel will no doubt share its own experiences.

The opening remarks will be delivered by Dr. Gerald L. Gordon from the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority. This will be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by Stuart Mendelsohn of Holland and Knight, where speakers will include Stephen M. Cumbie, Aaron J. Georgelas, Timothy J. Steffan, Dean Stiles, and Leith S. Turner.

There will definitely be plenty of time to network over breakfast and before the panel discussion. Representatives from the four towns and the surrounding areas will be attending this event and will be interested in forging ties with other business leaders from the area, which includes McLean. Those attending will probably want to arrange for business card printing in advance of the event, with the contact information on their cards needing to be up-to-date.

Coming to the Gannett Building Auditorium on October 17 from 7:15 am – 9:30 am, tickets are priced at $35 for members of the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and $45 for non-members.
