Event helps to fund women’s health

The Estia for Change spring benefit is taking place next month in Queens, hosted by the Estia Collective and raising funds for the Choices Women’s Medical Center.

Guests will enjoy tasty appetizers and drinks while enjoying a number of live performances. There will also be a cash bar. No doubt guests will also learn about all that the medical center contributes to women’s health in Queens and how they can help support it. It is also likely that many of the guests will have the chance to make connections with people they meet at this event.

Choices Woman’s Medical Center provides treatment and resources for women in all five New York City boroughs. The services they offer include gynecology, prenatal, and several specialty services. The center, which is located in Jamaica, is also women-owned and operated.

Advertising for events like this is often done through the distribution of flyers. This will encourage women from all over the metropolitan area, including those from Astoria, to attend and help support a worthwhile organization while enjoying themselves at the same time.

The Estia for Change spring benefit will be held at Sek’end Sun in Queens on May 6 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Tickets are $15 each and include one drink ticket. For more information, and to purchase tickets, visit the Eventbrite page.
