The Mayfair Festival of Arts in Allentown returns in 2018 to Cedar Crest College next month

The festival will have art and crafts, food, and entertainment, with jewelry, sculpture, art, photography, woodworking, leather goods, clothing, textiles, and toys for guests to sift through and buy. To keep the kids busy, Franki’s Fun Zone has entertainment and games.

Attendees can tour the William F. Curtis Aboretum May 25 to May 27 at 11:00 am before the festival begins, spotting over 150 different types of trees on this walking tour of the campus.

The festival will have food trucks and stands. Food available includes sandwiches, soft drinks, ice cream, ethnic foods, salads, hamburgers, Mexican, Greek, Caribbean, and BBQ pork.

The musical entertainment on May 25, 26, and 27 on the Main Stage is free. Musicians playing are Tim Harakal (singer song writer), The Rogue Diplomats (an Irish rogue band), and The Large Flowerheads (classic ‘60s music).

Other live musical groups playing are Jimmy and the Parrots, The Hook, Philadelphia Funk Authority, Billy Bauer Band, Lucky 7 Band, and Go Go Gad Jet Band.

Allentown has print shops that can assist schools colleges, clubs, associations, and businesses with poster printing for special events and festivals.

Admission is free and Cedar Crest College, based at 100 College Drive, has free parking too.
