Conner Group sells apartment complex

February 5, 2013 by

The Conner Group, which is headquartered in Centerville, has recently sold the Kettering apartment community in Georgetown. According to the records of Montgomery County, the apartment community was sold for $12.7m.

The purchaser is listed in the Ohio Secretary of State database as BWIP Georgetown Owner LLC. The incorporation documents list the buyer as Paul Kiebler, who owns Apollo Property Management – a company based in Cleveland.

Ryan Ernst, who serves as spokesman for the Conner Group, said the sale should not be seen as an indication that the company plans to pull out of the area. He explains:

“We’re always looking in the Dayton market. It’s just not quite as active as some of the other markets we’re in. We want to be in Dayton long-term, and that includes operations as well.”

When changes in ownership and operation of a business or company are made, area print companies may be used to provide necessary adjustments to printed materials. Business card printing and stationery printers may be necessary. Other printing services may also be required to reflect changes in ownership.

The Connor Group purchased the Kettering apartment community in 1997. It is an apartment community consisting of 325 units and is situated at 4889 Far Hill Avenue. Ernst says that the sale of the community is simply an example of the Conner Group seizing on a good opportunity to benefit its investors. Pau Kiebler of Apollo Property Management, who is listed as the buyer, was unable to be reached for a comment.
