Bradenton celebrates the arts with annual festival

Next month, the 19th annual Fine Arts Festival will be held in Bradenton, Florida, promising to showcase the best of what art has to offer.

The Fine Arts Festival is an outdoor event taking place at Riverwalk Park in Downtown Bradenton. For two days, guests who attend can stroll through the booths of various local, regional, and national artists. People who attend the event will have the opportunity to meet and interact with these professionals directly, and will also have the chance to purchase any pieces they are interested in buying.

Live art demonstrations will be conducted by the award-winning artists participating in the event, and performers will play music throughout the day and provide additional entertainment to those exploring the booths. A jury will be observing the different artists attending, and at the end of the festival will vote on its favorites.

Any businesses who would be interested in becoming a sponsor for the event can apply on the festival’s website. Current sponsors for the event include Blick Art Materials and the Herald-Tribune. All sponsors for the Fine Arts Festival will be featured on all brochure printing done for the event.

The Fine Arts Festival will be open to the public on February 23 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and February 24 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Donations can be made to the ArtCenter Manatee’s Education and Outreach programs. Food will be available during the festival for purchase.
