The Works Museum in Bloomington, Minnesota will be celebrating its 15th anniversary of Tech Fest this February.

Families are welcome to join the Works Museum as they celebrate advancements made in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) related career fields by offering child-friendly demonstrations. Each activity will be supervised by real scientists and engineers, ensuring a safe and educational experience for everyone attending.

For this year’s Tech Fest, the Works Museum promises to bring even more hands-on activities for families to enjoy. Children and parents alike will be given the opportunity to work with new emerging technology making an impact on the STEM community. There will also be prize drawings made throughout the event, giving museum-goers a chance at winning various promotional products.

Sponsors for the event include companies such as Boston Scientific, Xcel Energy, and Digital River. Any businesses also interested in becoming a sponsor for the event can apply on the museum’s website. All sponsors will be given visibility for their organization during Tech Fest, and will additionally have their logo featured on the event’s website.

Tech Fest will be held on February 9, starting at 9:00 am and lasting until 4:00 pm. Entry to the event will cost $9 for those who buy their tickets in advance, and $12 for tickets purchased at the door. Members of the Works Museum can enter Tech Fest for free.
