Rockville Centre families invited to summer planning session

December 29, 2018 by

The days of summer may sound far away, but wise parents can start making plans now for their son or daughter’s time off school when they come to a Rockville Centre event.

Rolling River Day Camp has planned Family Day so parents and children alike can find out what it has to offer. It’s intended for those with kids between the ages of two to nine, and while the younger guests play, their moms and dads can learn more about the program and decide whether or not it is a good fit for their family.

The kids who come to the information session will be invited to try out some camp-style activities such as arts and crafts, playground time, gymnastics, sports, and Wii games. While they play, the parents can gather information, meet camp personnel and learn about pricing, dates, and other details.

To help make the registration process as streamlined as possible, the organizers are accepting enrollments on site. Any families that take advantage of this opportunity will be treated to a free gift, and a local printer can prepare branded corporate gifts that can be used for an event like this.

Rolling River Day Camp, which can be found at 477 Ocean Avenue in East Rockaway has planned this function for January 26. There is no fee to participate.
