Puyallup area even to delight the seafood lover

A fundraiser is set to return to the Puyallup area, planned with the seafood lover in mind.

Soroptimist International of Auburn will be bringing its annual Crab and Brew Fest back for its third year, and tickets are just $75.

This popular event, which tends to sell out very quickly, will be a relaxed affair. Guests can wear casual clothing and feast on unlimited servings of Dungeness crabs, and an alternative choice will be offered for those who prefer food that is more ‘land based’.

Beers crafted at local breweries will be offered to the crowd, and it will give them a chance to sample some of what their area’s craft brewing community has to offer. An auction is also on the agenda, and the proceeds from the day will be used for programming and services for area women and girls.

Since tickets for this function usually go quickly, they are only being made available online, and cannot be purchased at the door. Decor and other large sized printed items for this sort of occasion can be provided by a poster printing company.

The Auburn Community and Event Center will be the place to be for seafood lovers on February 9. The fun is set to kick off at 6:30 pm, and will wind up for the evening at 9:30 pm.
