Working from home offers many advantages, but it can sometimes be hard to know how to get started. East Brunswick residents will soon have a chance to explore the different companies that are out there and find out if one of them may be a good fit for their life and situation.

A wide variety of direct sales companies have chosen to participate in the ‘Be Your Own Boss’ job fair, and they will have representatives on had to discuss their enterprise, what it does, and what is required to come on board. The atmosphere will be informal and everyone who plans on coming out is encouraged to bring along a friend.

Touchstone, Arbone, Mary Kay, It Works, and Origami Owl are just a few of the companies that will be included in the afternoon. Guests can stop by their display to ask questions and find out more about what they have to offer. There is no cost to attend the function, and registration is free. The event will be held in the American Legion in Metuchen, which is located at 17 Calvin Place.

An event like this can give those who are considering expanding their career horizons a chance to find out more about what is out there, all under one roof. The company representatives that will be participating in this type of occasion may wish to make sure they visit a business card printing professional beforehand so they will have lots of cards to distribute to anyone who asks for their contact details.

The Direct Sales Job Fair will be open to the public on January 6. It is set to begin at 11:00 am.
