Six Flag Holidays in the Park in Vallejo returns this year with its usual array of Christmas joy.

Dolphins, a Santa house, Winter, sea lions, tigers, wildlife, holiday foods, fire pits, and thrilling are all part of the fun at 1000 Fairgrounds Dr. SW.

The dolphins will entertain adults and children with an eye-catching holiday show. Guests can stop at the Santa House to take photos with Santa and pay him a visit, or stroll through Winter Wonderland to see colored lights, a giant snowman, and other holiday characters.

At the holiday fire pits, visitors can stop by to roast marshmallows and make s’mores with graham crackers and chocolate, then walk through the Christmas Tree Forest to see holiday trees of all size decorated with colored lights. In the holiday marketplace, craftspeople sell holiday ornaments, wreaths, decorations and crafts.

There is a holiday ice skating rink and miniature train ride to the North Pole. Families can walk down Candy Cane lane with lighted candy canes at Six Flags. Vallejo has print shops that design promotional products for events like this.

A cookie decorating workshop is on offer, where adults or children can decorate a holiday treat. There are also special holiday shows with Christmas songs, dancing, and music. Food and refreshments available will include funnel cakes, hot chocolate, candy, sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken tenders, BBQ, Chinese, vegetarian, pizza, pasta, and Mexican snacks.
