Training course on offer for Eden Prairie building industry

November 8, 2018 by

Spray foam and other forms of insulation can help Eden Prairie homes to be more energy efficient, and a course will teach professionals in the building and related industries how they can install these products for their customers in a safe and effective manner.

The classes will provide a comprehensive introduction to both fiberglass and spray foam styles on insulation, with a focus being on safety. The techniques and other information shared can be used right away, and it is intended for managers, business owners, contractors, and others who work with these products.

The students in the workshops will learn about the building codes and other regulations that relate to installing insulation. They will also discover details about the most recent products to hit the market and predicted future trends, along with tips for selling these materials to the consumer.

At the end of the training, all of the attendees will have an opportunity to write a test that will allow them to become a manufacturer approved SPF installer. An area printing services provider can supply custom designed certificates of completion as well as wallet cards and other items that someone who participates in an event like this can use to indicate they have successfully completed the training.

The start date for the 3 Day Fiberglass and Spray Foam Insulation Training has been set as December 4. It will be offered at 8303 Audubon Road in Chanhassen, and more information is available on its event listing.
