Two new employees have recently been appointed to leadership positions at People Incorporated in Fall River.

The role of vice president of human resources will be filled by Beth Pelletier and the director of community partnerships will be Melissa St. Pierre.

Pelletier has been in field of human resources for 20 years and was most recently an assistant director for a nonprofit organization. The University of Rhode Island is where she received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and Bryant College awarded her a certificate in human resource management. At People Incorporated, she will be involved in creating a mentoring program for new employees and streamlining the orientation process at the company.

St. Pierre has been working in the field of human services for the past 17 years, in positions ranging from administration to residential services. Her goal is to improve the lives of youth at risk by means of practice and policy, thereby encouraging social-emotional well-being and educational achievement. In her role, she will oversee the Community Engagement Center at the Resiliency Preparatory Academy of the Fall River Public Schools, working with the affiliates of People Incorporated.

People Incorporated is an agency for human services serving Southeastern Massachusetts. When companies make such announcements, they often can turn to flyer printing to highlight their impact and benefits for the community.
