Baraboo market to offer holiday gift giving ideas

November 1, 2018 by

This December, the Baraboo Arts Building will play host to an event that will bring together artisans and other creators from all across the area for a holiday-themed shopping party.

The Very Merry Holiday Fair will include products crafted by a curated group of at least 60 crafters, artists, and other vendors. The local Boys and Girls Club will have a special area set up on site where the public can purchase a ‘mini Picasso’, and the proceeds from this will be used to help fund the organization’s activities.

When the guests need a break from the browsing and buying, they can stop by the Artisan Café where they can purchase a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Wine tastings have also been planned, and holiday music will provide a backdrop for all the excitement.

To thank the public for their support of this annual occasion, the first 100 patrons will have their name entered into a draw for a selected prize. The first 500 will also receive a holiday shopping bag, and promotional products like this can be crafted by an area print company.

This opportunity for Baraboo shoppers to access what the local artistic community has to offer, all under one roof, will be opening its doors at noon on December 7. The fun will keep on going until 4:00 pm on December 8, and all are welcome.
