St. Ann store undergoes change with new owner

Schnucks Markets, Inc., which has recently acquired the Shop ‘n Save stores in the St. Louis area, recently announced special operating hours and opening dates for nine of these stores as it rebrands the signage, changes point-of-sale systems, and restocks merchandise.

These processes and procedures required about two and half days to be completed, and more extensive remodeling of these stores is planned for the future.

President and COO of Schnucks, Dave Peacock, said that he knows how much customers want to return to these stores in their neighborhood to do their family shopping, so employees are working around the clock to ensure that the stores can be transitioned in about 63 hours each.

He also wanted to reassure customers that although this transition is taking place very quickly, they will see the shelves fully stocked and the same Shop ‘n Save employees will be there to greet them, as they all agreed to become members of the Schnucks team.

One of the stores that recently underwent such a transformation was the one on St. Charles Rock Road in St. Ann. The store is now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Banner printing companies can be hired to display more information about such transitions and their benefits for the local community.
