Area wine walk to warm up Ocoee evening

October 20, 2018 by

The cooler autumn weather can be perfect for a gentle stroll and perhaps a bit of window shopping, and this will be combined with a curated selection of wines and appetizers to create a special Ocoee area event in a couple of weeks.

Winter Garden’s Plant Street will be transformed into a marketplace with both indoor and outdoor offerings for its fall Wine Walk. Ticket holders will be invited to visit the different merchants that will be participating, and at each stop, they will be treated to a taste of wine paired with some savory or sweet small bites prepared by area eateries.

There are two different ticket types being sold for the walk. General admission tickets include a customized wine glass and also a guide that has been printed to include information about the various stops included in the occasion. A brochure printing company can supply items such as these. A “food only” general admission pass is also on offer for anyone who would prefer not to drink.

This celebration of the community’s retail side has been scheduled with a start time of 6:30 pm on November 1. It will have at least a dozen merchants that participate, and it will conclude at 9:00 pm. Hosted as a fundraiser for the Garden Choir, it will begin at Farmer’s Market Pavilion in Winter Park.
