Outdoor art festival returns for another year

Via Colori 2018 is taking place next month in Houston. It is a fundraiser for The Center for Hearing and Speech (CHS).

This is the 12th year it has taken place, and this year’s theme is ‘Deep in the Art of Texas’.

Via Colori is a popular street painting festival and is set to feature over 200 chalk artists who will be drawing their works right on the sidewalk. Each painting can be produced by a team of up to three artists aged 18 and over. Each work is expected to conform to this year’s theme.

In addition to the chalk art, there will also be live musical entertainment, family activities, and art displays. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

There will be a photo breakfast on the second day of the festival. Photographers will be allowed one hour of early access to the completed works and will enjoy a breakfast with their peers.

Houston poster printing firms are often asked to provide marketing materials to help advertise events like this.

Via Colori will be held at Hermann Square from November 17 to 18. Tickets are $7 for adults and free to college students and children. VIP tickets are also available for $40, which includes access to the VIP lounge, free food and drink, and several mini-events. Call 713-523-3633 for more information.
