Pittsburgh invited to get its wig on

A hair-raising good time has been planned for Pittsburgh, and those who come out will be able to enjoy themselves while knowing they are helping their neighbors who are battling cancer.

One of the side effects of many cancer drugs is that they cause loss of hair, prompting many patients to opt to wear a wig. The organizers noted that this is why these artificial hair pieces have been chosen as the theme for the occasion. They will remind the guests about the people they are helping and show them both solidarity and support.

Attendees who join the party can enter a wig contest, and there will be a photo booth set up where they can capture their festive look. An endless taco bar, as well as liquor and beer sampling, are also on the agenda. A special portion of the festivities will be dedicated to cancer survivors, and an assortment of other surprises will be revealed as the date for the function draws closer.

The ticket price for this evening of food, fun, friends, and fundraising starts at $35. Banner printing services for this type of celebration can be sourced from a print shop in the local area.

Tequila Cowboy Bar & Grill will be hosting the 7th Annual Wig Out on October 18. Anyone who would like to know more can consult the event’s online listing for further details.
