Peoria evening to explore the value of water features in the home landscape

Adding a water feature to a yard or other landscape can transform a static environment to one that is dynamic and full of sound and movement, and an event that will be held in Peoria will explore how these can be included on almost any property.

Happy Hour by the Pond has been planned to be both entertaining and informative. Many of the guests will already have a pond in their yard, and the organizers noted that they will be happy to share their experiences with the group. The activity will be “open house” style, and the attendees are welcome to come and go as they wish.

Both wine and light refreshments will be served during the three-hour long session. While there will not be a formal presentation, the attendees will be welcome to browse through the displays that will be set up around the location that demonstrate fountains, waterfalls, a koi pond, patio, and other features.

All of this activity is free to participate in, and the doors will open at 6:00 pm. Poster printing can be used to craft visual marketing materials for this sort of occasion, and these can show how a water feature can be incorporated into a variety of property styles.

The Pond Gnome will be hosting this public informational event on October 6. It is located at 22767 North 104th Lane in Peoria.
