Duluth celebrates Halloween with a spooky celebration

September 14, 2018 by

The annual Howl on the Green Halloween celebration is taking place next month in downtown Duluth, presented by the City of Duluth.

There will be lots of fun activities for people of all ages to enjoy together; the child-centered activities are expected to be held from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, while more adult-centered entertainment will take place after 9:00 PM. Pets, provided they are well-behaved and controlled, are welcome to attend too.

There will be plenty of opportunities for children to do some trick or treating in local stores, as well as take part in fun such as a Halloween costume contest and craft making. Food trucks will be on hand to sell a variety of dishes.

Musical entertainment is also set to be featured, including break dancing werewolves.

While children are free to remain after 9:00 PM, activities will definitely get more spooky and scary. Entertainment will be provided by local musicians, fire dancers, and aerialists.

This annual event is popular in Duluth. To advertise events like these, organizers often invest in the services of local stationery printers.

The Howl on the Green Halloween celebration will be held at Duluth Town Green on October 26 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. For more information about the evening’s planned events, contact the City of Duluth at 770-476-3434.
