Hermitage area workshop to introduce benefits of chamber membership

September 13, 2018 by

Hermitage businesses that are members of the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce receive a variety of benefits from being a part of the organization, and a morning event will provide an overview of the group and what it does.

Chamber 101 will be a workshop for those who are new to the organization or who just want to find out more about what it does. The number of seats available for the session will be limited to 30, and a light breakfast will be served.

The attendees at the event will be led through an introduction to the Chamber and what it does, as well as the services and resources it can offer. There will also be time for the guests to meet and talk with one another, making connections that may be beneficial to both parties. The is no entry fee being charged, and it will be held in the Hope Center for Arts and Technology in Sharon.

Along with the overview of the organization and the benefits it membership enjoys, there will be a discussion about how to add items to its community calendar. A printing services provider can craft informational booklets and other products to distribute during an event like this.

Chamber 101 will be on offer to the local business community on October 4. It is set to begin at 7:45 am.
