Evanston conference to focus on women in travel

September 9, 2018 by

Women are making up an increasing proportion of travelers, and an Evanston event can help them to get the most bang for their travel buck.

The conference will be bringing together women who work in the travel and hospitality industry with others who also work in the field. They can network and share best practices, and the goal is to equip them with knowledge and connections they can use to offer the best possible service to their customers.

The schedule for the symposium calls for it to open with remarks from keynote speakers, and this will be followed by an assortment of breakout sessions. This way, the attendees can choose the ones that are the most useful to them. The learning will keep right on going during a lunch and learn session, and the afternoon will be dedicated to a power networking session and closing remarks.

The event is open to any woman who has an interest in the growing travel market, including bloggers and members of the media. Notebooks, pens, magnets, lanyards, and other promotional products can be prepared by a printer to give out as swag during this sort of occasion.

This opportunity for women to meet with others who share their passion for helping travelers enjoy the trip of their dreams will be held on October 6. It will be located at 1560 Sherman Avenue in Evanston.
