For the past 50 years, the Litchfield Land Trust has been working to preserve land with an eye to the future, and it has invited Torrington residents to join the celebration that will mark its anniversary.

Those who come to Prospect Farm to be a part of the festivities will be treated to an evening of fun. The plan for the occasion includes showcasing locally crafted beer and food along with pours of wine, and there will be other activities as well.

While they enjoy views of the sunset from the farm, the guests will be able to mingle with friends old and new. Switch Factory will be supplying the live music, and a silent auction will offer an opportunity to bid on a variety of handcrafted items and unique experiences.

The organizers of the evening noted that one of their goals is to raise awareness among the public about the trust and he work it does in the local area. The attendees will discover how their support is making a difference and also how it will shape the future of Litchfield. Brochure printing can be utilized to craft educational materials to distribute during an event like this, which can help the guests receive more detail about the cause.

This celebration of the Litchfield Land Trust and the work it has been doing for the past 50 years will be held on September 7th. It will be held at 287 Prospect Mountain Road in Litchfield.
