The 36th annual Duluth Fall Festival is taking place next month for two days.

There are also a couple of events that will be leading up to the festival. The Festival Concert is set to be held at the Duluth Festival Center on September 22 beginning at 8:00 PM. It will feature Rupert’s Orchestra among other performers, and admission is free.

In addition, the festival carnival will begin on September 27 and run through the rest of the festival. It will have a midway with rides and games. Ride tickets are $1.25 each or $25 for 20.

The official kick-off for the festival will be the parade on September 29, starting at 10:00 PM. Traveling down Main Street and ending up at Hardy Industrial Boulevard, it will feature marching bands, community groups, clowns, antique cars, and fire trucks.

The festival itself will feature arts and crafts vendors, live musical entertainment, and the Donut Dash 5K. There will also be a silent auction, a Kids’ Korner, and a Man’s Corner with specialized activities.

Duluth banner printing firms are often asked to provide banners to vendors at events like this.

The Duluth Fall Festival will be held in downtown Duluth from September 29 to 30. Admission is free. For the most current information about any of the activities, call Madison Chucci at 770-476-3434.
