Village at Meridian gains new occupants

August 16, 2018 by

The Village at Meridian will soon be home to a clothing retailer, a women’s clothing and home goods retailer, and a restaurant.

Going into a restaurant space that has been vacant for a time in the heart of the Village will be Texas de Brazil. The restaurant considers itself to be a Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse and has locations around the world, including East Asia, the Middle East, and Mexico, as well as 50 eateries in the United States. This restaurant is the first such location in the Pacific Northwest.

On the menu are salads, many kinds of meats, and desserts, as well as a full beverage menu of wines and cocktails. There is an open salad bar and the servers bring meats to the table on a skewer. The restaurant expects to open early next year.

To be located near Café Zupas will be Columbia Sportswear featuring a full line of its coats and outdoor wear. Located next to LOFT will be Soft Surroundings, a store that sells clothing and accessories for women, beauty, and home décor. Both these stores are scheduled to open this fall.

Once these shops are opened, the retail occupancy rate at the Village at Meridian will be 95%.

Banner printing companies can be hired to create displays throughout such retail developments with more details about offerings and opening dates.
