Unique Fayetteville fundraiser to help local kids

A Fayetteville not-for-profit group has come up with a novel fundraising idea that it hopes will be a huge success in the community.

KidsPeace, which is a group that works with the foster care system, will be auctioning off a selection of upcycled windows, tables and chairs, and other household items. These will all have been decorated and repurposed by local artists, and each will be unique.

Businesses and individuals from the local area are invited to attend an event where all of these one-of-a-kind pieces will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Tickets can be purchased for one person, and corporate tables are also on offer. Along with this, there will be music to enjoy, as well as food and fun for all those who come out.

The proceeds from this auction will be added to KidsPeace’s children’s fund, and the organizers are also hoping that the event will raise awareness in the community about the organization and what it does. Flyer printing can be used to help create promotional items for this sort of special occasion.

This so-called “chair-ity” auction will be held at the Ramada Plaza Fayetteville. It will begin at 6:00 pm on September 27, and those who would like to find out more can do so by visiting the fundraiser’s online listing.
