Eden Prairie workshop to offer information about new tax laws

August 5, 2018 by

Following the success of a tax reform information event that took place in Eden Prairie this summer, the organizers have decided to offer a second sitting in September.

In 2017, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) initiated some important changes to taxes for both businesses and individuals, and these will affect almost every taxpayer in the country. Company owners, managers and others who work in the field of business financial management who would like to find out more about what these new rules and policies may wish to participate in the workshop.

The two-hour information session will include breakfast, and while they enjoy their morning meal, the attendees will be led through an exploration of the TCJA. They will also learn about the latest developments in tax reform and find out what implications may be caused by Minnesota’s nonconformity with the TCJA updates. There is no charge to be included in the occasion, and it will feature remarks from Michael A. Crabtree, J.D., CPA.

Occasions like this can often prove to be an invaluable source of information for local businesses. Brochure printing can be used to create a variety of learning materials to distribute during this sort of occasion.

The second sitting of ‘Understanding the Tax Reform Changes and the Implications on Individual and Business Taxes’ workshop will be taking place on September 19. Registration can be completed online.
