The Long Beach Comic Con is taking place next month for two days.

The convention is a celebration of comic books and popular culture. It will feature writers, comic book creators, illustrators, and actors. Among the actors who will be appearing at this year’s event are James Marshall from Twin Peaks, Herbert Jefferson Jr. of Battlestar Galactica, and Sarah Nicklin, who appeared in The Haunting of Alice D.

There will be plenty of activities taking place over the course of the two-day convention. There will be a cosplay contest, the Geekfest film festival and television show screenings. There are also set to be over 100 panels which will feature actors, writers, producers, and comic book illustrators.

A special Space Expo will also be taking place, which will feature panels discussing various topics related to science and space exploration.

An important part of the conventions will be the vendors. It will have a makers’ market where guest can buy unique, handmade items, as well as publishers’ representatives, authors who will be signing their books, and various fan groups.

Long Beach poster printing companies are often asked to help advertise events like this in the city.

The Long Beach Comic Con will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center from September 8 to 9. Tickets are $70 for the weekend, $50 for Saturday, and $35 for Sunday; family passes are also available. Visit the website to learn more.
