Canton area organization to host fundraising celebration of its success

The Baltimore Community Toolbank has been lending tools and other equipment to charities across the state for the past six years, and it will be marking the occasion with a special celebration in the Canton area.

Hammers and Ales is the group’s major yearly celebration, and it will provide a festive atmosphere for everyone who take part. Food and ales are on the menu for the occasion, and there will also be prize drawings, an auction and other fun.

Guests at the function will be able to enjoy live music and the menu will include both ales and a chance to sample dishes prepared by some of the city’s top chefs. Tasting glasses and other promotional drinkware for this sort of occasion can be provided by a local printing services provider.

To give the area’s business community an opportunity to help the Toolbank help other not-for-profit groups, the organizers have created several sponsorship options. Anyone who is interested in taking advantage of this chance to have their company’s name and logo seen by a wide audience has been asked to contact the group’s Executive Director at noah.smock@toolbank.org for more information.

The venue for this evening of food and entertainment is located at 1224 Wicomico Street in Baltimore. It has been planned for October 13, and tickets for the celebration start at $75 each.
