Bull & Bird Steakhouse set to open in Chagrin Falls

August 1, 2018 by

Chagrin Falls foodies will have a new restaurant to check out soon, as the Bull & Bird Steakhouse is getting ready to open its doors.

The restaurant is a concept developed by the Hyde Park Restaurant Group, and a spokesman for the company, Joe Saccone, said the menu would feature items found in a typical American steakhouse, although with some European influences.

Diners will be able to enjoy classics featuring ingredients like beef, veal, and lobster, though they will all be slightly different, Saccone says.

However, the real difference at the Bull & Bird is the hundreds of photos that have been mounted on the walls throughout the restaurant, all taken by a couple who have documented their travels across the country and around the world. There are photos of bullfights, London streets, and the Ali-Liston fight in 1965. There are shots of a Rolling Stones concert, and of an appearance by Louis Armstrong. This couple has jet-setted around the world, taking in as much as possible, and documenting their adventures.

The catch is that the couple does not really exist, and their adventures did not happen. The events depicted, however, did, and give diners a look at recent history.

The Bull & Bird is set to open tomorrow, August 2. Businesses like this can use promotional products to celebrate their opening, and help build brand recognition.
