Hotel reopens with new name

The former Holiday Inn reopened last month under the name of Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett.

Closed for the last two years, it is located on Pacific and Pine Street in Everett.The renovations on the property cost $18m.

The property was bought by Hollander Hospitality. This will be the Marriott’s first Delta brand hotel located in the Pacific Northwest. The new hotel will have a staff of around 130 people.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett has a total of 232 rooms with nine king-sized suites with kitchenettes, and an executive floor complete with upgraded amenities for guests. It offers a full-service restaurant and bar called Venture Kitchen and Bar. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This restaurant serves a variety of food, such as salads, sandwiches, fish tacos, crab cake sandwiches, beer-battered bacon-wrapped shrimp, jerk chicken, steak, fish, desserts, and pizza.

The full-service bar serves wine, beer, and cocktails. Sunday brunch is served and the hotel has a Grab and Go Café for those on the move. Each floor has a hydration station, which is a spa treatment designed to hydrate the skin.

The hotel has a fitness center complete with touchscreen technology, media center, library, indoor pool, and whirlpool spa. The new hotel has 14,000 square feet of space for special events or conventions. It also has a ballroom and 11 available meeting rooms.
