Construction has recently begun on a new luxury residential community in Tempe.

To be known as The Cameron, the property will have 349 units and is being built by StreetLights Residential at a cost of $47.9m. WDG Architecture designed the building while Linda Tycher & Associates performed the landscape design.

The single building will be four stories in height and have units with one, two, and three bedrooms as well as studio apartments, ranging in size from 504 to 1,660 square feet. There will be natural stone and warm wood designs for the interior, as well as stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz and granite countertops, and a built-in surround sound system.

Amenities in the common areas will include a fitness center and lawn for yoga, bocce ball courts, a swimming pool, and private dining spaces.

The Cameron is conveniently located on the southern bank of the Salt River. The Tempe Marketplace, with many retail and dining establishments, is next to the property. The Tempe Campus of Arizona State University is a few minutes away and Loops 202 and 101 provide easy access to the metro area of Phoenix.

Brochure printing companies can be hired to create brochures and other materials so that people can become aware of such projects and their amenities and consider making a move to such luxury communities.
