Dana Point summer concerts to be held over next two months

The Dana Point Summer Concert Series will take place in at Sea Terrace Park, Pacific Coast Highway at Nigel Road.

Concerts are free and those attending should bring chairs and blankets. A spirit garden will sell alcoholic beverages and barbecued food will be available to purchase, and the Dana Point Trolley will be running for customer convenience.

The Summer of Love Concert will gets things underway on July 8. At 3:00 pm, the Paper Moon Gypsies will perform and the Iron Butterfly follow at 4:30 pm. This concert is sponsored by the Dana Point Arts & Cultural Commission.

On July 15th, the Dana Point Symphony is the 3:00 pm offering, and Saturday Night Fever (an international Bee Gees tribute group) from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

The Small World Band plays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on July 22, and Bonfire (a tribute to AC/DC) from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.

On July 29, The Reflexx band will perform from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, and David Brighton’s Space Oddity will give the ultimate David Bowie experience at 4:30 to 6 p.m.

On August 5, The Tricia Freeman Band performs from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, and Led Zep Again from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. August 12 sees the Curl Riders take to the stage from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and the Beach Boys Tribute band from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Concerts are geared to children, adults and seniors. Food trucks are available with food and beverages.

Dana Point has print shops that can assist with flyer design and flyer printing for musicians, restaurants, businesses, and clubs for special events.
