Office and high-end restaurant and retail space is slated to be built by CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and Fenix Development, a development and real estate investment company from Los Angeles, as part of the Watermark Tempe mixed-use development.

This project will be 265,000 square feet in size as part of Phase I of the overall project. Already in place are utilities for the site and two levels of subterranean parking.

The finished building will be 15 stories high, with seven levels of parking and eight levels of office space. A Sky Terrace, with s Sky balcony and high-end amendments for tenants, such as a fitness center and games room with cycling studio, a lounge, and a 40-person conference center will be on the eighth floor. Unobstructed views of Marina Heights, Tempe Town Lake, and surrounding mountains will be visible from all office floors.

On the ground floor there will be a family-friendly splash pad feature surrounded by retail and restaurant space. A second building with more retail and restaurant space and 360 luxury apartment units is also planned as part of the project. This entire phase is expected to be completed in summer 2019.

Brochure printing companies can be hired to create brochure and other materials so that businesses looking to expand and residents looking to relocate to downtown Tempe can become aware of such projects and their amenities.
